Jounblat, Hariri, Aoun

Hi guys,
3anjad it was very sad not to see FM and FPM going together to elections especially that they almost share the same program..From a neutral point of view that summarizes everything i can see that:

*Walid jounblat have a changing personality. We all remember how he used to be close to Syria and defend syria and he was in the same level with Berri, Franjieh, Kandeel...... Then maybe he woke up and saw all the syrian acts and said that we should let syria out and that was done. His fight with Aoun was meaningless!!! A fight that till now ma fetet bi rasi from 2 mature politicians..fighting on who kicked syria and jounblat almost broke everything with the word: " Tsunami". If we go back well, I don't think that Walid Jounblat is better than GMA coz we all know that jounblat ken haleef kbeer la syria w 2estafad kteer menna.

*Saad Hariri is going too much behind Jounblat. We don't want to be Jounblat followers. yeah, we should respect him coz he was since long ago our ally and he was a dear friend to the Martyr, God bless him, bas we all know that Jounblat used to follow Hariri not vice versa.

* Aoun allieng with Pro-Syrians... we are all blaming him..... maba3ref why??? bas ma we didn't agree with him.....ba3den we are allying with Amal in south and we all know who is Amal!!!!! halla2 akid if i was in Aoun place, i would have rathered to go alone and lose instead of allieng with Pro-Syrians bas nothing is 100% confirmed.
I know that GMA now is passing throught " Jounoun el 3azame" :p bas all what i know is that we could have agreed and not broke March 14 by some parlimentary places. Some said that the problem is that Jounblat didn't want to replace Andraos wheras Aoun had his men to run in Andraos place....walaw hal2ad badda 1 palce????

* Some say that Jounblat wants to eliminate GMA coz when jounblat made a tour to Europe after Martyr Hariri death, he heard tha Aoun is coming to presidency with american support and he doesn;t want America to control here.... maba3ref taht's what some rumors said.

Anyway, Don't let our politicians break us......Most of them are running behind their palces whereas we the Lebanese youth pple want to get rid of that image and unite to build a new Lebanon....I know that almost 90% of Lebanese below 30 years old wants unity and hate relegious issues that many are playing on.
Let's keep our unity.
FM and the FPM have almost the same program and unity is a must to seek that goal... Don't let the elections be a wall between FM and FPM....

Very nice Shadi bass I think FM and FPM are very different and do not preach the same values, though they share "some" values wich are common to most others (free country, a "claimed" secularism etc.)

In addition to those values, FM preaches Flexibility, Moderation, Reason and TOLERANCE, and showing them everyday in their action and discourse.

Unfortunately, FPM does not preach these values or at least they are not showing them. And they know nothing about democracy., apart the name. The last example I faced personaly was my banning from lfpm.org t for no reason, as I showed in a previous thread. Did u read it? The funny thing is that the admins removed my thread so "peacefully", while at lfpm.org, the best thing said about Martyr Hariri is a gangster "Al-Capone", and about S. Sa3d a "Mastool", and FM is at best a bribery movement buying the electorate by $$$$. These are the best things you find there, and the moderators consider them as expressions of "free opinion if not "3hazal".

They banned me for just saying that it is a wrong decision to ally with Erslen and I explained my opinion in pure political terms, showing that Lebanon still has pending political issues with Syria, that these issues must addressed in any serious program, and that FPM has to be careful when allying with Extreme Pro-Syrians who cannot engage on such programs. For this polite and professional discussion, they banned me. I wish that admins here permit me to show again that discussion. I wonder why they removed that thread for god sake. Anyway, it is very clear that from a social and democratic point of view,

FPM is exactly what FM is not.

The past weeks Prooved that Saad is the one with the vision to the Future and NOT GMA.. you want to understand why... read through and understand ... and do not be frustrated as GMA does...

Let me explain to you one thing

When it comes to the issue with Aoun, Shaikh Saad is being cordial beyond human capability. He is individually unifying the country. And we are all following.

Saad's father's martyrdom puts him above politics, but the way Saad acts has taken him to an even higher level. He stayed out of the arguments with Aoun. Aoun dragged himself through the mud.

Ya3ne let me elaborate..

After the 14th of March demonstrations, there were HUGE sectarian divides between Druze, Sunni and Christians from one side and the majority of Shiia from the other side.. Ya3ne if you review the polls, only 14% of the respectful Shi3a community approved of the 14th of March, while the others did not.

We all remember this segregation and almost hatred.

Further more, after the famous “Bayan al Matarne” Aoun visited the Patriarch, and he said all sorts of crazy things: attacking Jumblatt, attacking Saad, calling the Lebanese Forces traitorous, calling for alliances with the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, and worst of all, calling for an alliance with Sleiman Franjieh against Qornet Shehwan members in the north.

Now on the other hand, Mr. Saad being a wise, moderate NON SECTERIAN person and NOT wanting to increase these sectarian disputes made JUSTIFIABLE alliances with the Majority Shi3a representatives through Berri and HizbAlla, and he also made wise alliances with his partners of the 14th of March demonstration leaders that include KC the Christian leaders that are under the umbrella of the Patriarch and with Jumblat.
On the other hand you see GMA allying with skeletons that barely represent them selves, and for what? Just for his arrogance, and inorder to make ELECTORAL alliances rather than making alliances that will UNITE the country

Unlike Saad, Aoun considers himself as the ONLY HERO of liberation , Saad said that no one sits at the head of the Opposition table, he was talking as much about himself as he was about Aoun.

Given Saad's current actions, I doubt that the game will be the same after him. He's changing all the rules
